Prompted by my own
search for healing, I began receiving massage and bodywork in the late 1980s. I was encouraged to learn that there were seemingly countless approaches to promoting health that were natural, gentle, and less combative.

My personal experience and a desire to help others eventually led me into the massage profession. Since then I have devoted my life to the study of healing and found it to be fundamentally spiritual in nature. While I am certified, highly trained, and experienced in my current profession, I find that when I'm willing to see each client's inherent perfection, the experience taps into a force that is truly timeless and omnipotent — and together we can awaken the already existing, inherent health and wholeness within.
