. . . Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the fine, good things in others. Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about it.

~ Philippians 4:8
(The Living Bible)

I began experiencing migraines and other health issues at the age

of nine. Medical doctors gave me the latest "trendy" diagnosis, but

offered no real solutions other than medicines with additional side

effects. I saw acupuncturists, allergists, chiropractors, counselors,

energy practitioners, herbalists, homeopaths, massage therapists,

and even psychics. I tried just about everything out there.

Despite all of my hard work, money, time, energy, analyzing, and research, I never really seemed to feel consistently better. With every new treatment I thought I had found the answer. Sometimes I felt much better, but I was dependent on someone else for that feeling. Sometimes I would feel better only to develop a new problem. Sometimes I just felt worse.

My journey of personal healing led me to earn a degree in Social Work, study Traditional Chinese Medicine, and become a Massage Therapist. These studies provided a knowledge base, and I wanted to help others with the experience and compassion that I was gaining.

Along the way, however, I discovered that progress did not come from herbs, adjustments, medicines, massages, or any alteration to my physical being. It came from an ever-growing understanding of the nature of Divine Love and our spiritual identity. While I am certified and highly experienced in my current profession, I find that when I'm willing to see the inherent perfection in each client I am
able to tap into a force that is truly timeless and omnipotent. As a result I have experienced healings that defy "laws" of matter, medicine, or psychology. In sharing some of these things, I have helped others to defy such "laws" as well.

During massage school one instructor said, Anatomy, Physiology, and Technique are all very important when working with a client, but the single most important thing you need to remember is that the thoughts you hold about them are infinitely more powerful than anything you will do with your hands. By continually making room in our thoughts for the limitless power of Love and Life we can all know true health and well-being.

Health is our birthright. Wholeness, peace of mind, vitality, enthusiasm for life, strength, and harmony are our inherent nature. They already exist within us. As these Truths become clearer the physical world must and does shift.

Using my spiritual understanding of mankind and the Universe to help awaken others to their already existing, inherent health and wholeness is my purpose...and
that's healing!
